How do you ship orders?

All of our courier services are with a domestic courier services in New Zealand.

Please Note: We do not ship to PO Boxes - if you enter a PO Box as your shipping address, we may contact you for an alternative delivery address

 

When can I expect my order?

We aim to have all of our orders dispatched within 2 working days. Our dispatch team work Monday-Friday so all weekend orders will be dispatched the following week.

All of our domestic orders have a 2-3 day delivery timeframe following dispatch of goods. However if your address is a rural delivery, please expect to add 2 days to that timeframe.

 

How much does delivery cost?

New Zealand orders over $150 value qualify for free freight, this will automatically be deducted at checkout.

​To work out your shipping cost for goods under $150 simply add your items to your cart, fill out your shipping address, and preferred shipping method. Cost will vary depending on your order total and the shipping method you choose.
